The Panther Job Board is an online platform filled with job search tools, instructional videos, campus events, career exploration, and a user-friendly environment that will keep you engaged and ready for the workforce.

To complete your profile:
- Log in to Handshake
- Click your profile icon (top right), then select 鈥淢y Profile鈥�
Fill out these key sections:
- Career Interests 鈥� Choose job types, industries, locations, and roles you鈥檙e interested in
- My Journey 鈥� Write a short summary about your career goals
- Skills 鈥� Add relevant technical and soft skills
- Work Experience, Education, Courses, Projects, Languages 鈥� Highlight anything relevant from your academic and personal journey
Upload a professional photo (optional but encouraged!)
Students with complete profiles are more likely to hear from employers鈥攕o take a few
minutes to fill yours out and make your profile stand out.
Search and apply for on and off-campus employment, internships, or volunteer opportunities
based on your major & interests.
Get personalized job recommendations & connect with employers directly.
