How to Upload Archived Zoom Recordings to Box
If you have zoom recordings that you have downloaded from Zoom, you can upload and store them in your Box Account!
How to Upload Archived Zoom Recordings to Box
- Log in to Box
- Create a new folder in box by clicking on the "New +" button in the upper right corner
- Give your folder a name (ie "Saved Zoom Recordings") and click Create
- Once created, go to the new folder and older it
- Begin uploading the files of your zoom recordings by clicking the upload button to
search for files or by dragging and dropping files into Box.
- Note: Do not close the browser until the file(s) is completely uploaded
Automatically Save Future Zoom Recordings to Box
How to Automatically Save New Zoom Recordings to Box
- Open your Zoom App
- Click on the Apps Button which will open a window
- Go to Add Apps and search for Box
- Click the Get Button
- Then click Add
- A window may open to prompt you to sign in again on the website
- You will then be asked to give permission to the Zoom app — make sure you click the checbox next to "allow this app..." before clicking the Allow button
- Your box folders and files should appear in a new window
- Select Save Meeting Reocrding to Box
- Once selected, all of your future meeting recordings and transcripts will be saved to that Box Folder.
