Establish and maintain an equitable, barrier-free digital teaching and learning environment that enables students to advance their educational goals, develop new skills, and prepare to live and work in the global community.

Provide innovative technology solutions that facilitate learning, empower students to succeed, and improve our communities.

Guiding Principles

The guiding principles of the technology plan are as follows:

  1. Optimization: Prioritize the use of technologies that advance student success, teaching, learning, and support.
  2. Student Success Technologies: Through an institutional approach, strategically leverage technology to improve student outcomes.
  3. Security Strategy: Conduct risk-based security evaluations to ensure ongoing security threat detection, responses, and prevention. Implement and maintain infrastructures that ensure the security of data and IT assets.
  4. Sustainable Professional Development and Technology Training: Establish and implement a sustainable training program for faculty, administrative staff, and students.

It is essential to support academic success, streamline operations, and protect institutional data. The top priorities are cybersecurity and data protection, ensuring sensitive student and faculty information remains secure from cyber threats. Equally important is maintaining a reliable and scalable infrastructure that supports seamless connectivity, online learning, and administrative functions. Lastly, enhancing the student and faculty digital experiencethrough user-friendly learning platforms, efficient support services, and modern educational tools fosters engagement and success. These priorities collectively strengthen the District's technological foundation, enabling innovation and growth.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

  •  Implement robust access controls.
  • Regularly conduct security awareness training for faculty, staff, and students.
  • Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
  • Continuously monitor systems for vulnerabilities and threats.

IT- CORE - Reliable & Scalable Infrastructure

  • Maintain high-speed internet & Wi-Fi across campus.
  • Ensure cloud-based and on-premise systems are secure and optimized.
  • Support mobile-friendly and remote learning technologies.
  • Upgrade legacy systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Student & Faculty Digital Experience

  • Ensure access to student portals, registration systems, and support services.
  • Expand innovative technologies
